To ensure a snug, secure fit without damaging your heels, follow these simple steps:
- Warm It Up: Use a hair dryer for about 30 seconds to gently heat the heel protector. This softens the material, making it flexible and easy to stretch.
- The Perfect Alignment: Place the protector on a flat, hard surface (like a table or the floor).
- Press Down: Align your heel tip over the opening and push the shoe down firmly into the protector. The softened plastic will mold perfectly to the shape of your heel.
- Cool & Set: Let them sit for a minute to cool and harden. This creates a "vacuum seal" that ensures they won’t fly off during fast spins or footwork.
Pro Tip: If you’re at a venue without a hair dryer, soak the protectors in a cup of hot water for a minute for the same effect!
